Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Sector Leader who will be responsible for developing one of our key market sectors. This position combines business development, recruitment, client relationship management and market expertise.
As a Sector Leader, you will play an important role in implementing the sector’s growth strategy, acquiring new clients and expanding cooperation with existing business partners. You will also manage recruitment processes, represent the company externally and actively share your expertise within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Implementing the sector development strategy in line with the approved annual budget and business objectives.
- Actively acquiring new clients within the assigned sector.
- Developing long-term cooperation with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitoring and analysing market developments, industry trends and competitor activity.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Representing the company at industry fairs, conferences and other professional events.
- Sharing knowledge, market expertise and best practices across the organisation.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, business development, consulting or professional services.
- Strong understanding of the assigned sector and its current market environment.
- Experience in managing recruitment projects and conducting candidate interviews.
- Commercial awareness and a strong focus on achieving measurable business results.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Czech and English
